New balconv in second story appears to be 4' out X 9' wide (large enough for chairs, <br />etc.) and clearly invades privacy of residents living at 3116 Joanne Circle by a directly <br />looking into: <br /> <br />a. The master bedroom dressing area & bedroom sliding glass door & window <br />next to the bed in the master bedroom <br />b. The kitchen sink, dining nook & part of the family room <br />c. The patio area between the master bedroom & family room <br />d, A person standing on the balconv would have a approximately height of 16 feet <br />up from ground level <br /> <br />** OUESTION: What is the "real purpose for the balconv"? ? <br /> <br />** SUGGEST: The balcony be on the North side of this room and +5 feet from <br />the eorner facing the back yard area (his neighbor approves of the back balcony <br />already). <br /> <br />2. The proposed windows in the second story are 2 -large 4' wide x 5'high, which were not <br />used by original builder, The windows will be in line of sight into the persona11iving <br />space of: <br /> <br />a.
