To reserve appropriately located areas for family living at reasonable population densities consistent with sound standards of public health and safety; B, To ensure adequate light, air, privacy and open space for each dwelling; C. To .2rotect one-family dwellings from the lack of privacy associated with multi-family dwellings; D.
