'fhc laterals for all utilities shall be coordinated such that they can be utilized <br />for both the temporary structure and the permanent structure, including water, sewer, <br />telephone. and electric connections). <br />41. "1'he paving sections for the on-site parking and drive areas shall be designed to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering, and Building and Safety Divisions. The parking lot entrance <br />shall be revised to contain curb returns- <br />42. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building and Safety Division permit "I'he anio unt of <br />this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />43. "i1~e haul route for all n~atcrials to and £ron~ this developiricnt shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment perniit- <br />44- The design of the water supply, stox'xi~water controls, and sanitary sewer systems shall be <br />subject to the review and approval o{'the City Engineer. Both sewer and water laterals and. <br />other utilities t3'om the City to the property arc run to the address property where the <br />permanent Humane Society building will be constructed acid thence to the adjoining property <br />for connection to the modular building- <br />45. Any damage to existing street improverrients during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expanse to the proj act <br />developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed <br />warranted by the City Engineer. <br />4Ci- The project developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an enero achinent permit Iron. the City <br />Engineer prior to iaowing any construction eq uipn~ient onto the site. <br />47. The project developer shall bond 100% of the irriprovexiients located in the public: right-of- <br />way in the t<~rti~ of-a surc%ty bond, letter ot~credii~ or another instrunic~nt approved by Tl-~e City <br />Attonicy- <br />4A- luny dan~iage to existing street in~provexYicnts during, construction oxz the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at lull expense to the project <br />developer.
