Construction Requirem en tsc <br />29. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours ot- 8:00 a. nom. to <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday_ All construction equipn-icnt must meet Uapartment of <br />Motor Vehicles <.DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muftljng devices. <br />30. A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for the approved <br />buildings and shall only be used during the allowed hours of operation. At no time shall <br />campers, trailers, Trio for homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on <br />the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed R-om the site at the and of each day_ <br />3 1 . 1-'final inspection by the Planning I~eparlmcnt if the modular structure is required prior to <br />occupancy. <br />32. Yortablc toilets used during construction shall be emptied oii a regular basis as necessary to <br />prevent odor. <br />33. If archeological materials arc uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City in~i n~cdi ately notiticd_ The county <br />coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notit-ied and procedures <br />followed as required by the California I/nvironmental Quality Act. <br />Fire Departmer~t Requirements: <br />34. '7'he project developer shall meet all requiretricnts of-the Pleasariton Firc Code (Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, Chapter 2024)_ <br />35. "The project developer shall keep the site free of tare hazards from the start of lumber <br />construction until the final inspection. <br />36. Any project developer, business owner, or tenant storing and/or using hazardous n~iatcrials <br />within a building covered by this approval, shall post National Fire Protection (N FP) 704 <br />idcnti tication on the building and/or tenancy according to the City's "Hazardous Materials <br />Identification Sign" procedures. <br />37. Prior to any cor~stru coon Y-ramin~, the project developer shall provide adeduatc fire <br />protection facilities, including a water supply and water flow in confortnat~ee to the City's <br />Fire Department Standards able to suppress a major firc_ <br />38. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, fire <br />extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating. The fire extinguishers shall be located <br />within a 75-foot radius o£ each other. <br />39. '1-rash enclosures which are sized to contain duxripsters with a~i individual capacity of o»e and <br />one-half cubic yards located within five-feet of unprotected building openings, con-ibustible <br />walls, or combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler systcn~_ <br />
