17_50_040 Standard for Compliance~ <br />a. Covered Proiccts: All Covered Projects shall meet the following requirements: <br /><1) All Conzn~erci al Projects shall aneet a minin~uara LEED~M "Certified" <br />rating, except as rraodilied by the provisions of Section 1750.040~b). <br />~2~ All City-Sponsored Projects that are neither Residential Proj acts nor <br />Mixed-Use I'ro-jcets shall achieve a minimum LEED~M "Certified" rating, except as nzoditied by <br />the provisions of Section 1 7.50.040(b~, and arc encouraged to n-aect the "Silver" rating. <br />(3) All Single-Faaraily Residential Projects, including any such <br />City-Sponsored Project, slaall achieve a "Green IIonie" rating on the Single-Family Green <br />B uildi ng Rating Sysieni, which currently requires fifty (50) points. <br />~4) All Multi-Faanily Residential Projects, including any such City-Sponsored <br />Project, shall achieve a "Green 1 Ion~e" or similarly entitled niinin-aun~ compliance rating on the <br />Multi-Family Green Building Rating System, which currently requires fifty X50) points, unless <br />the Green Building Compliance Official determines that the Single-Faaraily Green Building <br />Rating System is more appropri ate for the Building, such as for a duplex that is not part oFa <br />larger project. <br />(S) All Mixed-Use Projects, including aaiy such City-Sponsored Project, shall <br />meet the requireanerats fora Multi-Family Residential Project, unless the Green Building Ott-3cia1 <br />determines that another rating, systearr is n~aorc appropriate- <br />b_ Actions Not Required= <br />(1) I,I;EDTM Registration acid CGcrtifiication= Applicants err- encouraged to <br />regi star Com mcrci al Projects and other applicable Covered Projects with the U_S.
