If the Green Building Compliance OFFcial determines that the <br />Applicant has not achicvcd the req uirad Careen Building rating, the Green Building Compliance <br />Ufticial shall find as follows= <br />(1) Good P'aith Effort to Com nlv: If the Green Building Compliance Ufficial <br />determines that the Covered Px-o,ject has not met the requirements for t7-rc applicable Green <br />Building rating, as sc-.t forth in Section 7 7.50.040, he or she shall determine on a case-by-case <br />basis whether the Applicant has made a good faith effort to comply with this Chapter- In making <br />this datern-rination, the Green Building Compliance Official shall consider the availability of <br />markets for materials to be recycled, the availability of Grc:an Building materials and <br />technologies, axed the doc,unzexztcd etf<~rts of the Applicant to con~rply with this Chapter- The <br />Green Building Compliance Official may require additional reasonable Cirecn.
