The <br />applicant niay enter into a reimburserrrent agrecrnent with the City £or the cost o£ <br />the additional storm drain line- <br />8. Any existing septic tanks acid leach fields shall be abandoned per Alarncda <br />County Health Department regulations. Any existing wells shall also be <br />abat~doned per %one 7 standards, unless otherwise approved by the City ingincer_ <br />9. The proposed water line in Rose Avenue shall be enlarged to a 1 6-inch water lint <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, and the developer shall asses rre <br />the full cost thereof. The applicart shall also be responsible for apro-rata share of <br />the future extension of this line to Valley Avenue as determined by the City <br />Engineer. Payrr~cnt of the pro rata share shall be n~adc prior to the approval of the <br />F nal nzap by City Council. The developer's engineer shall prepare a cost estirn etc <br />for the design and irr stallation of this 16-inch waterline for the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. The applicant shall be responsible for the pro-rata <br />share of cost based on the nominal size required. <br />10. T1ze developer shall give notice to any prospective owners o£thc n~aintei~at~ce of <br />the bioswale and subdrain under the Swale. The City Attorney and City 1~;nginear <br />shall approve the exact language of the notice- <br />1 7 .
