Any existing septic tanks acid leach fields shall be abandoned per Alarncda County Health Department regulations. Any existing wells shall also be abat~doned per %one 7 standards, unless otherwise approved by the City ingincer_ 9. The proposed water line in Rose Avenue shall be enlarged to a 1 6-inch water lint unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, and the developer shall asses rre the full cost thereof. The applicart shall also be responsible for apro-rata share of the future extension of this line to Valley Avenue as determined by the City Engineer. The developer's engineer shall prepare a cost estirn etc for the design and irr stallation of this 16-inch waterline for the review and approval of the City Engineer. The applicant shall be responsible for the pro-rata share of cost based on the nominal size required. 10.
