6. The prof ect developer shall provide all buyers with copies of the project conditions of <br />approval . <br />7. The project developer shall work with the Pleasanton Unified School District and the <br />City Planning Director to develop a program, in addition to the school impact fees <br />req uircd by State law and local ordinance, to of't=set this project's long-term effect on <br />school facility needs in Pleasanton. This program shall be designed to Fund school <br />facilities necessary to olfsct this project's rcason~ably related eff.-ect on the long-terra need <br />for expaxided school facilities to serve new development in Yleasanton_ The n~cthod and <br />n~a.ainer for the provision of these Fiords and/or facilities shall be approved by the City axed <br />in place" prior to issuarce of building pcrnzit. In no event shall construction commence <br />unless the above method and manner for the provision of these Bands and/or facilities has <br />been approved by the City_ <br />8. Prior to issuance ofa building perxriit, the project developer shall pay the applicable <br />7_one 7 and City connection fees axed water meter cost for any water nietc rs, including <br />irrigation meters- Additionally, the proj cat developer shall pay s, rly applicable Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) sewer permit fee. <br />9. The project developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the <br />availability of sufti dent sewer capacity to serve this development by the approval of this <br />case, and that the project developer agrees and acknowledges that building pcrarxit <br />approval array be withheld iF sower capacity is found by the City not to be available. <br />1 O.
