Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans, Exhibit A, dated <br />"Received January 1 3, 2006," Green Building Checklist, dated "Received September 20, <br />2005," 'free Report prepared by HortScience, dated "Received Scptexnber 20, 2005," <br />Cieotechnic al Review prepared by "IYeadwell 8c Rollo, dated "Received September 20, <br />2005," and Supplemental Slope Stability Investigation report prepared by Treadwell cYL. <br />Rollo, dated "Received December 27, 2005," on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans rrxay be <br />allowed subject to the ap proval of the Planning Dix-ector iF found to be in subsianti al <br />confonrxaxice to the approved exhibits. <br />2_ PUD development plan approval for the prof act will lapse within two ~2~ years from the <br />eti-ective date ofapproval unless a building pern-xit is issued and construction has <br />commenced and is diligently pursued k~ward completion or an extension has been <br />approved by the City pursuant to Section 1 8.20.0'70 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code_ <br />3.
