9. A sign design review application must be submitted and approved by the Planning <br />Director prior to the installation of any signs on the site_ All future signage shall be <br />consistent with the Hacienda Design Guidelines, unless otherwise approved by the <br />Hacienda Owners Association and the Planning Director_ <br />10.
