"1'he project developer shall replace the existing light-pole and quartz-halogen light- <br />£ixtures with poles/fixtures matching historical-style fixtures presently being used in the <br />parking area_ If necessary, additional iixtures ~r~ay be added to the parking area. in order <br />to illtirrtinate the parking in accordance with the standards of the City's security <br />req uirernents_ This ch~u~ge shall be shown on the final building permit plan set submitted <br />to the Planning Director for review and approval before issuance of a building permit <br />9. Any future restaurant user that locates within the structure shall be required to keep its <br />kitchen door closed at all times and provide any required separators. <br />] O_ Any restaurant facility located in this structure shall be equipped at all times with filtering <br />devices to minirnizc odors and fumes. <br />1. 1.
