Green Building C'ouncil's (CiBC), "Leadership in Energy and Environmental <br />Design (LGi/D)" 2.0 rating system in the design, construction, and operation of the <br />proposed building, including all firture tenant improvers cats, to achieve a "Certified" <br />rating- The final LEED measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the <br />satisfaction of the Planning Director before issuance of a building permit. <br />F3uilding and Site Design Requirements: <br />21.
