At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be utilized <br />on the site except as allowed by Section 1 F3.96.060K of the Zoning Ordinance For grand <br />openings or by Section 1 8. 1 16.040 of the Zoning Ordinance if approved by temporary <br />c:.onditional use permit as part crf a decorating plan in c.onjuneticrn with shopping center <br />promotional events. At no time shall spot lighting be used after 10:00 YM in conjunction <br />with such gravid openings and/or promotional events- <br />19. The project developer shall submit a waste generation disposal and diversion plan to the <br />Building and Safety Division prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The <br />plan shall include the estitrrated con~rposi tion and quantities of waste to be generated and <br />how the project developer shall recycle at }east 50°/~ of the job site construction and <br />dcrr~olition waste- Proof of con~rpliance shall be provided. to the Chief Building Official <br />prior to the issuance of a final building pernzit_ During demolition and construction, the <br />project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all <br />recycling bins "recycling materials only"_ The project developer shall contact Pleasanton <br />Garbage Service for all waste disposals- Only that portion of trash and recycling waste <br />refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another <br />trash/recycling con~pany_ <br />20. "The project developer shall use their best efforts to implement the irteas ures identified in <br />the L7. S. Green Building C'ouncil's (CiBC), "Leadership in Energy and Environmental <br />Design (LGi/D)" 2.0 rating system in the design, construction, and operation of the <br />proposed building, including all firture tenant improvers cats, to achieve a "Certified" <br />rating- The final LEED measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the <br />satisfaction of the Planning Director before issuance of a building permit. <br />F3uilding and Site Design Requirements: <br />21. The project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours- <br />Tenar~t spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br />22. Tire projcc.t developer shall effe citively screen. from view all ducts, nzctcrs., air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other n-rechanical equipment, whether ern the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure- Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy~ <br />23. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed and operated in such a manner that noise <br />emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane. <br />
