A list of the green building measures used in the design of the home covered by this <br />approval shall be provided to the Planning Department for the review and approval by <br />the Planning Diractor_ The home covered by ibis approval shall be designed to <br />achieve at least the minimum points to be a "green borne" as sat forth in the current <br />ACWMA's Careen Points rating system at the time of building permit submittal. <br />b. The green building measures shall be shown on one of the lust two pages of the plans <br />submitted for issuance of a building permit. <br />Lundreanrn~ <br />18. 1 rior to issuance of building permits the project developer shall provide att appropriate <br />security/bonds for tree number 95 as identi tied in the Arborist Report dated "Received <br />S eptc~nbar 27 , 2005_" The project developer shall post cash, letter of credit, or other <br />security satisfactory to the Planning Director and/or the City Attorney in the anzo wzt not less <br />than $5,000.00 or as amount determined by the Planning Director l~~r each tree should any <br />work, utilities or otherwise, be conducted within an area in which potential impacts tray be <br />anticipated based upon the arborist report- This cash bond or security shall be retziined for <br />one year following acceptance of public improvements or completion of construction, <br />whichever is later, and shall be forfeited if the trees are destroyed or substantially damaged- <br />hi the event any trees are destroyed or substantially damaged, an arborists' assessment, at <br />the developer's expense, shall be required to determine the value of the damage or loss and <br />the resultant sum paid to the City's Urban Forestry Fund. <br />19. Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer shall arrange for the project <br />horticultural consultant to conduct a field inspection to provide construction measures to be <br />followed during grading and construction, namely for tree number 95. <br />20_ Prior to final inspection, the proj cet horticultural consultant shall certify in writing that all <br />recorrrrrrendations have been followed- <br />27 . Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit., a teir~porary six-foot tall chain link <br />fence or other fence type acceptable to the Planning Diractor shall be installed along the <br />existing tree driplines as shovvt~ on the pla~zs. Fencing shall remain in place until £mal <br />landscape inspection by the Planning Department; removal of such fencing prior to that <br />time may result in a "stop work" order. Failure to comply with the following requirements <br />may also result in a "stop work" order. <br />a. No existing tree may he trimmed or pruned without prior approval by the Planning <br />Director. <br />h. No eel uipment may he stored within or beneath the dri Alines of the existing trees- <br />
