A list of the green building measures used in the design of the home covered by this approval shall be provided to the Planning Department for the review and approval by the Planning Diractor_ The home covered by ibis approval shall be designed to achieve at least the minimum points to be a "green borne" as sat forth in the current ACWMA's Careen Points rating system at the time of building permit submittal. b. The green building measures shall be shown on one of the lust two pages of the plans submitted for issuance of a building permit. Lundreanrn~ 18. 1 rior to issuance of building permits the project developer shall provide att appropriate security/bonds for tree number 95 as identi tied in the Arborist Report dated "Received S eptc~nbar 27 , 2005_" The project developer shall post cash, letter of credit, or other security satisfactory to the Planning Director and/or the City Attorney in the anzo wzt not less than $5,000.00 or as amount determined by the Planning Director l~~r each tree should any work, utilities or otherwise, be conducted within an area in which potential impacts tray be anticipated based upon the arborist report- This cash bond or security shall be retziined for one year following acceptance of public improvements or completion of construction, whichever is later, and shall be forfeited if the trees are destroyed or substantially damaged- hi the event any trees are destroyed or substantially damaged, an arborists' assessment, at the developer's expense, shall be required to determine the value of the damage or loss and the resultant sum paid to the City's Urban Forestry Fund. 19. Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer shall arrange for the project horticultural consultant to conduct a field inspection to provide construction measures to be followed during grading and construction, namely for tree number 95. 20_ Prior to final inspection, the proj cet horticultural consultant shall certify in writing that all recorrrrrrendations have been followed- 27 . Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit., a teir~porary six-foot tall chain link fence or other fence type acceptable to the Planning Diractor shall be installed along the existing tree driplines as shovvt~ on the pla~zs. Fencing shall remain in place until £mal landscape inspection by the Planning Department; removal of such fencing prior to that time may result in a "stop work" order. Failure to comply with the following requirements may also result in a "stop work" order. a. No existing tree may he trimmed or pruned without prior approval by the Planning Director. h. No eel uipment may he stored within or beneath the dri Alines of the existing trees-
