9_ The proposed outdoor lighting For the subject property shall be of low intensity and shielded <br />in order to rnii~in~ize its visibility front oft=site. Outdoor lighting shall also not glare onto <br />adjacent properties or streets. 1/xterior lighting shall use the lowest wattage and shall limit <br />the number of fixtures to attain the lowest luminosity. <br />1 O. If archeological materials arc uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work shall stop and the City inirncdi atcly notit-ied. The County Coroner and <br />the Native American Heritage Commission shall be notified -and procedures followed as <br />required by the C'ali£ornia. 1/,nvironmcntal Quality Aci. A similar note shall appear on the <br />grading and construction plans. <br />Construction <br />] ] _ All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours o£ 8.00 a_n~_ <br />to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. At no time shall <br />carrtpers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters <br />on the construction site. All such vehicles, i£ any, shall be removed from the site at flit end <br />of each workday. - <br />7 3. The project developer shall provide a construction plan with the building permit plan set for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director and Chief Building Official before issuance <br />of a building pern~it_ The construction plan shall show the proposed location o£ n~ateri als <br />and equipment storage, parking of construction vehicles, and location of portable toilets, <br />etc_ <br />14_ Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to <br />prevent odor. <br />7 5_ The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building and Safety <br />Tai vision prior to issuance of building or demolition pern~its_ The plan shall include the <br />estimated composition and quantities o£waste to be generated and how the project <br />developer intends to recycle at least 50% fifty percents of the total job site construction and <br />demolition waste measured by weight or volume. Proof o£ compliaaice shall be provided to <br />the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance o£ a final building penrtit_ During <br />demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash <br />materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only" The project developer <br />shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service t<~r the disposal of all waste £rom the site. <br />] 6_ Prior to first foundation inspection, proof of off--haul transaction shall be provided to the <br />Planning Department. <br />2 <br />
