submits requests for General Plan Amendments, PUDs, vesting tentative maps, or rezoninS <br />which altogether comprise ten or more dwelling units to be built within a one-quarter mile radius <br />of any point, there shall be a requirement for voter review of all approvals of such requests when <br />the cumulative number of approved dwelling units is ten or more. <br /> <br />Program 10.2 shall be added following Program 10.1. <br /> <br />New Program 10.2.
