This private street would <br />be maintained by a maintenance association and is consistent with the requiremcnts of the Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />The proposed rcsidcnce on Lot I fronts Dublin Canyon Road. The front portion of Lot 3, <br />approximately, 2,530 square feet in size, would be designed as an open space area, free of <br />structures including swimming pools or in-ground spas. Designs have bcen submitted for the <br />two homes and are a part of this application. <br /> <br />The proposed design rcview for the two homes includc a front-yard landscaping plan. The rear- <br />yard landscaping would be determined by the future homeowners. Condition No. 36 requires <br />that front yard landscaping be installed upon occupancy and that thc rear yard landscaping plan <br />bc subject to the approval of the Planning Director.
