APPENDIX A <br /> <br /> VINEYARD AREA HOLDING CAPACITY. <br /> <br />Revised Vine_yard Area Estimate <br /> <br />The Vineyard Area was originally estimated at 15,500 acres, of which 5,870 were identified as <br />cultivable. This acreage has been reduced due to annexations, reclassification of land near Pleasanton <br />as gateway area and other boundary changes. The revised Vineyard Area estimate (excluding the <br />Gateway areas) is I4,570 acres, of which 7,000 acres (excluding 300 acres of park land) are <br />cultivanle. <br /> <br />Holding CaVacity <br /> <br />The holding capacity of the Vineyard Area is approximately 3,025 units. This estimate is based on <br />the densities allowed in each of the three land categories defined in the draft South Livemore Valley <br />Plan concept as follows: <br /> <br /> MAX.
