AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF A <br /> PROPOSED ALAMEDA COUNTY NONPOINT SOURCE CONTROL <br /> MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (hereinafter <br />DISTRICT), a local public agency of the State of California: <br /> <br /> City of Alameda, a municipal corporation; <br /> <br /> City of Albany, a municipal corporation~ <br /> <br /> City of Berkeley, a municipal corporation; <br /> <br /> City of Dublin~ a municipal corporation~ <br /> <br /> City of Livermore, a municipal corporation~ <br /> <br /> City of Piedmont, a municipal corporation; <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation; <br /> <br /> AGREE this day of ., 1991, as follows: <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />requires that local agencies within the County of Alameda, including the <br />parties to this agreement, develop a proposed Alameda County Nonpoint Source <br />Control Management Program (hereinafter Program), and that this proposed <br />Program be complete and suitable for implementation on or before June 30, <br />1991. <br /> <br /> B. To guarantee timely continuance of the preparatory work leading to <br />the development of an acceptable Program by the June 30, 1991 deadline, <br />DISTRICT modified and amended existing Agreements with Woodward-Clyde <br />Consultants, Inc. and Eisenberg, Olivieri, and Associates, Inc., upon the <br />recommendation and on behalf of the Alameda County Nonpoint Source Control <br />Task Force (see "Exhibit A", Task Force Member Agencies) to develop the <br />proposed Program by completing the tasks specified in "Alameda Nonpoint <br />Source Control Program NPDES Permit Application" (Exhibit C). <br /> <br /> C. These contracts were executed by the Alameda County Board of <br />Supervisors with the understanding that DISTRICT would be reimbursed the <br />costs of developing this Program by the Task Force Member Cities/Agencies. <br /> <br /> <br />
