AGREEMENT REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF A PROPOSED ALAMEDA COUNTY NONPOINT SOURCE CONTROL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (hereinafter DISTRICT), a local public agency of the State of California: City of Alameda, a municipal corporation; City of Albany, a municipal corporation~ City of Berkeley, a municipal corporation; City of Dublin~ a municipal corporation~ City of Livermore, a municipal corporation~ City of Piedmont, a municipal corporation; City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation; AGREE this day of ., 1991, as follows: RECITALS: A. The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board requires that local agencies within the County of Alameda, including the parties to this agreement, develop a proposed Alameda County Nonpoint Source Control Management Program (hereinafter Program), and that this proposed Program be complete and suitable for implementation on or before June 30, 1991. B. To guarantee timely continuance of the preparatory work leading to the development of an acceptable Program by the June 30, 1991 deadline, DISTRICT modified and amended existing Agreements with Woodward-Clyde Consultants, Inc. and Eisenberg, Olivieri, and Associates, Inc., upon the recommendation and on behalf of the Alameda County Nonpoint Source Control Task Force (see "Exhibit A", Task Force Member Agencies) to develop the proposed Program by completing the tasks specified in "Alameda Nonpoint Source Control Program NPDES Permit Application" (Exhibit C). C. These contracts were executed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors with the understanding that DISTRICT would be reimbursed the costs of developing this Program by the Task Force Member Cities/Agencies.
