CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-01 <br /> <br /> RESOIJ3TION AUTHORIZING THEMAYOR TO EXECUTEAN <br /> AGREEMRNT TO DEVELOP THE ALAMEDA COUNTY URBAN <br /> RUNOFF CT~A,.-N WATER PROGRAM TO MEET THE <br /> REGIONAL WATER QUALTTY CONTROL BOARD~S <br /> NATIONAL POT~,UTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION <br /> SYSTEM PERMIT DEADLINE OF jUNE 30, 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on January 7, 1992, <br /> Council considered all relevant exhibits and <br /> recommendations of the city staff including Staff Report <br /> 92:14; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that an agreement is needed to <br /> "bridge" the gap in work between the Program <br /> evaluation/monitoring stage and the Program <br /> implementation stage of this federally mandated and <br /> regionally controlled program. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves and authorizes the Mayor to execute the <br /> agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, to develop <br /> the Alameda County Urban Runoff Clean Water Program to <br /> meet the Regional Water Quality Control Board's National <br /> Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit deadline of <br /> June 30, 1991. <br /> <br />Section 2: Directs staff to pay for the City of Pleasanton's pro <br /> rata cost of $13,413.45 to develop the Program and submit <br /> the permit to the Regional Board out of the previously <br /> approved budget of $150,000 to implement the Program <br /> adopted by the City Council on June 18, 1991. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 7, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> A~ST~~/~'~I~ <br /> Pegg~JiJ Ezidr~, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
