If the city is unwilling to sell us the property, then they should immediately take steps to
andscape it, which would beautify Montevino Dr.

n summary, we truly do not begrudge the Hatsushi family's rights to develop their property. However, we do not believe their
Jevelopment should come at any hardship to our own property and family. To that end, we respectfully request the following from
he city:

I. Reconsider allowing any home to be built on Lot 13. Combining Lots 12 and 13 into a larger property would draw a more
lremier home into that location and minimize economic impact to the Hatsushi's.
~. If a home is to be built on Lot 13, please hold off any approval of the plan until the Hatsushi family has met with us and we
;ome up with a joint agreement about the size, placement, elevation and height of the that home. This would include
:onsideration of us purchasing a narrow strip of Lot 13 to minimize the impact of the development on our property.
I. Resposition the EVA to stay at least 40 feet away from home, as originally planned.
I. Eliminate any consideration of using the EVA for construction access.
i. Allow us to purchase the triangle of city land on Montevino Dr with guarantees that we will landscape it, or immediately make
lpprove plans to get it landscaped.

~egards,
~on and Christy Lloyd
154 Montevino Dr

/2112006
