The Hatsushis intend to incorporate this material into the grading of their <br />development. <br /> <br />Going north to south, the Hatsushi property slopes upward from Vineyard Avenue gaining in <br />elevation from 430-feet above mean sea level to SSO-feet. Building construction, operations of <br />the nursery/landscaping/masonry supply businesses, and cattle grazing have significantly modi- <br />fied the site.
