Development Standards for Primary Structures: The following building setback <br />and height standards shall apply to the primary structures and additions to primary <br />structures on these lots covered by this PUD Development Plan approval: <br /> <br />. Maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) - 2S% or S,OOO square feet, exclusive of <br />garage area, whichever is less. This development plan shall be of no further validity and the project developer shall be <br />required to submit the same or new development plan for City approval prior to devel- <br />opment of the site in the event that the project developer fails to record a final map within <br />two years of PUD approval. <br /> <br />S. Prior to the demolition of any existing structure(s) located on the Hatsushi property, the <br />applicant shall have the structures examined for the presence of lead, lead-based paint, <br />and/or asbestos by a qualified environmental professional.
