<br />Ordinance No. <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-99-l4, the application of Kazuo and Takiko Hatsushi for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval of a new <br />development consisting of 13 new single-family custom lots and one existing <br />single-family home on an approximately IS-acre site lot located at 27S6, 2770, <br />and 2798 Vineyard Avenue within the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan Area, <br />subject to the conditions of approval shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (IS) days <br />after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasant on, and the complete ordinance shall be posted <br />for fifteen (IS) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (IS) days after its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
