MITIGATION MONITORING PIAN <br /> <br /> Impact / Specific Plan Measure Timing <br /> <br /> In graded construction areas, permanent replacement vegetation shall <br /> be planted as quickly as possible, properly irrigated and maintained in <br /> health growing condition.
