<br />Exhibit H / STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />New World Deliverables: <br />New World will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />a) MSP applications to Customer for installation <br />b) Documentation on Client and Server configurations <br />(1) Operating System version, service pack levels, security-related patches, and lhe <br />configuration for each machine <br />(2) SQL Server configuration (including CAL settings) <br />c) Certification on New World System. <br /> <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Customer will: <br /> <br />a) Purchase, install and test Application Server, Database Server, Training/Test Server and <br />Redundant Server. <br />b) Install OS on Application Server, Database Server, Training/Test Server and Redundant Server. <br />c) Ensure MSP Servers meet New World's specifications in Appendix B. <br />d) Ensure MSP Servers and Clients are ready for New World personnel to come on-site for <br />configuration, testing and installation procedures. <br />e) Make available appropriate personnel to work on Servers and Client hardware. <br />/) lnslall Client software. <br />g) Install and test communications ofMSP servers on network. <br /> <br />Customer Deliverables: <br />Customer will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />a) Notify New World when MSP servers and Clients are ready for Systems Assurance on-site <br />activities. <br />b) Obtain and verify Daily and Monthly Volumes (Calls for Service, Incidents, Cases, etc). Number <br />of dispatch positions are also recorded. <br />c) Documentation on Client and Server configuration: <br />(1) Machine Names, IP Addresses, Processors (number, type, and speed) Memory, etc. <br />(2) Third-party software inventory for each machine. <br /> <br />3.4 GEO File ImDlementation <br /> <br />Obiective: <br />To implement a working geofile using existing Customer map files. <br /> <br />New World Responsibilities: <br />New World will: <br /> <br />a) Assess current map files for compliance to New World requirements. <br />b) Review current Customer map files to ensure compliance standards. <br />c) Review exisling beats/polygons. <br /> <br />Agreement 041006 final.doc <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />Page 38 of 57 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, CA <br />
