<br />Exhibit H I STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Customer will: <br />a) Make available those Customer employees who will receive New World application training and <br />ensure they participate and complete the assigned tasks. <br />b) Provide Customer personnel who are to be trained with sufficient time to complete scheduled <br />training. to use the licensed software and to interpret the output. <br />c) Provide reasonable training facilities and the required equipment to conduct education classes of <br />up 10 10 students led by up to two inslructors, unless agreed 10 oiherwise. <br />d) Make available to Customer personnel a training facility to complete education assignments, <br />application testing. and to conduct user practice. <br />e) Review and acknowledge pre-trip reports indicating upcoming scheduled onsite activities. <br />t) Review and acknowledge posl-lrip reports indicaling what was accomplished during onsite <br />activities. <br />g) Plan for addressing issues relating to students not meeting learning objectives and/or not attending <br />sessions. <br /> <br />Customer Deliverables: <br />Customer will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />a) Class roster of who will attend each training session before session begins. <br />b) Suitable training facility. <br /> <br />3.3 Imnlementation Setun and Assurance <br /> <br />Obiective: <br />To evaluate and configure the Customer MSP Servers and Clients to insure compatibility with New World MSP <br />applications. Evaluate the Customer network environment for compatibility with New World MSP applications. <br />Install and test MSP applications on Servers and Clienls. Install and tesl remote connectivity for support, establish <br />maintenance plans, instruct on installation ofMSP applications. <br /> <br />New World Responsibilities: <br />New World will: <br />a) Evaluate, configure and setup (as necessary) Primary Application Server Hardware. <br />b) Evaluate, configure and setup (as necessary) Database Server Hardware <br />c) Evaluate, configure and setup (as necessary) TraininglTest Server. <br />d) Evaluate, configure and setup (as necessary) Redundant Server Hardware. <br />e) Install and configure (as necessary) Windows 2000 Server Operating System on Server(s). <br />t) Install and configure Microsoft SQL Server 2000 on Database Server and TraininglTest Server, <br />working with Customer. <br />g) Installation of Aegis MSP Software Application on Server(s). <br />h) Configure Remote Connectivity. Either Windows 2000 Remote Access Server or VPN <br />connectivity. Working with New World Team at corporate office to setup VPN, establish process <br />and procedure, and test for on-going producl support. <br />i) Evaluate, configure and setup one Client workstation while transferring knowledge to Customer <br />representative. Assist Customer with installation of remaining client workstations. <br />j) Establish and review backup procedures - software, frequency, and at least one recovery test. <br />k) Train System Administrator on implementing and managing on-going daily database backup <br />procedures as defined. <br />1) System Administrator training on the Aegis MSP Application Server. <br />m) Syslem Administrator training on ihe Aegis MSP Database Server. <br />nj System Administrator training on the Aegis MSP ClientIWorkstations. <br />0) System Administrator training on remote connectivity. <br /> <br />Agreement 041006 final.doc <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />Page 37 of 57 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, CA <br />
