<br />Exhibit H I STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />3.2 User Traininl! <br /> <br />Obiective: <br />To ensure that Customer personnel can effectively use the Aegis software to accomplish their job requirements. <br />The work includes developing curriculum and training materials, delivering training, and ascertaining competency to <br />use the software. The training provided will equip the Customer's designated users (who participate in New World <br />provided training & education) to reasonably transition their normal operations to the New World software. <br /> <br />New World ResDonsibilities: <br /> <br />New World will provide, to the designated users of the Customer, appropriate application training, classroom <br />education and training materials necessary in accordance with the implementation plan. The <br />training/education/materials provided will address the proper use and operation of the Aegis software. As part of <br />this activity, New World will: <br />a) Provide course descriptions, lesson plans and a training schedule for each job function; Officer, <br />Records Clerk, Dispatcher, etc. <br />b) Tailor user training for each module of the proposed software to Customer's intended use, i.e. <br />omit training for unused features and ensure complete review of planned functionality. <br />c) Provide each student with his or her own training manual. <br />d) Maintain a class roster of all attendees for each training session. <br />e) Following each scheduled training session, New World instructors will give each student a skills <br />assessment test to determine if the training objectives have been met. Test results are documented <br />and retained for evaluation following each session. <br />t) New World Projecl Manager will keep the Customer Project Manager posted on any identified <br />issues with any student who is not meeting the leaming objectives, or not attending scheduled <br />sessions. <br />g) Refresher training may be proposed following the "go live" date. The purpose of this training will <br />be to provide an abbreviated "user training" that covers all functionality and user commands. <br />h) Provide year round training available through published course dates. Typically, these training <br />classes are held in New World Systems corporate offices in Troy, Michigan. <br />i) Adjust curriculum to include policy and procedure changes required as a result of business process <br />changes. <br /> <br />New World Deliverables: <br /> <br />New World will provide the following deliverables: <br />a) Lesson plans, user manuals, and other training materials as required. <br />b) Class roster with each training session. <br />c) Report to Customer Project Manager on any issues relating to students not meeting learning <br />objectives. <br />d) Pre-trip report indicating what will be accomplished during onsite activities. <br />e) Post-trip report indicating what was accomplished during onsite activities. <br /> <br />Agreement 041006 final.doc <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />Page 36 of 57 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, CA <br />
