<br />Exhibit H / STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Customer will assign a Project Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, and to <br />providing direction to all resources. The Project Manager will ensure that New World complies with their <br />contractual obligations, ensure that Customer provides adequate resources to the project, manage the overall project <br />plan, and report regularly to the Committee on project progress and issues. Additional responsibilities include: <br />a) Meet with the New World Projecl Manager on a regular basis to report project status. These <br />meetings may be in person or via conference call. <br />b) Meet with the New World Project Manager to discuss this SOW and the Change Order Procedure <br />found in "Appendix A. Change Order Procedure". <br />c) Review the responsibilities of all parties. <br />d) Work with the New World Project Manager to evaluate project progress for New World <br />responsibilities against established project work plans and schedules on a weekly basis. <br />e) Attend status meetings with the New World Project Managers. These meetings may be in person <br />or via conference call. <br />f) Monitor and track the progress of the Implementation responsibilities in this SOW. Report any <br />discrepancies (Issue Tracking Report process) to the New World Project Manager in a timely <br />manner. <br />g) Administer the Change Order Procedure in coordination with the New World Project Manager. <br />h) Manage, direct and coordinate Customer resources in order to fulfill Customer's assigned project <br />duties, including but not limited to lhe following: <br />(I) Resolve deviations from project plans, which may be caused by Customer. <br />(2) Disseminate project-training schedules and ensure attendance of Customer personnel in <br />scheduled training sessions. <br />(3) Ensure that personnel whose subject matter expertise is critical to the completion of the <br />project are made available to New World as required. The personnel required will be <br />identified during the project-planning phase. <br />(4) Provide reasonable access to work space, work supplies, furniture, telephone and other <br />facilities for New World Project Managers while working on Customer premises. <br />(5) Provide to New World all necessary machine time, related services, and supplies required <br />for support of the project tasks in this SOW. <br />(6) Provide adequate training facilities, space for up to 10 students plus up to two instructors <br />(unless agreed to otherwise), and the required equipment. <br />(7) Security: <br />.
