<br />Exhibit H / STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />3.0 Proiect Activities <br /> <br />This section describes each of the major activities included in the project plan; indicates the purpose of the activity <br />and the specific responsibilities of New World and Customer as appropriate. <br /> <br />3.1 Proiect Manal!ement <br /> <br />Obiective: <br />The objective is to establish and maintain a framework for the execution of the project's communication. reporting, <br />procedural and contractual activities. It includes managing the project's resources, monitoring and adjusting the <br />project schedule, managing issues, reporting on project progress to the Customer Project Manager. and performing <br />other activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. <br /> <br />New World ResDonsibilities: <br /> <br />New World will assign a Project Manager who will coordinate the activities of the implementation effort. The <br />Project Manager's responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring and managing the project in accordance <br />with the agreed to Implementation Plan. A senior level Operations Director would also be assigned to oversee, <br />assist and support the Project Manager where necessary. As part of this activity, New World will: <br />a) Assign a Project Manager who will work with the Customer Project Manager to coordinate the <br />activities of the New World resources on the project team. These meetings may be in person or via <br />conference call. <br />b) Meet with lhe Customer Project Manager 10 discuss this SOW and the Change Control Procedure <br />found in "Appendix A. Change Order Procedure." <br />c) Review New World project work plans at the start of the contract. Work with the Customer <br />Project Manager to evaluate project progress on a regular basis to measure progress against <br />established project work plans and schedules. <br />d) Attend status meetings with the Customer Project Manager. These meetings may be in person or <br />via conference call. <br />e) Monilor and track the progress of the Implementation responsibilities in this SOW. <br />f) Administer or assist in the Change Order Procedure in coordination with the Customer Project <br />Manager. <br />g) Provide written status reports to the Customer Project Manager as required. <br />h) Schedule and manage New World resources. <br />i) Maintain an "Issue Tracking Report." <br /> <br />New World Deliverables: <br /> <br />New World will provide the following deliverables: <br />a) Project status reports. <br /> <br />Agreement 041006 final.doc <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />Page 34 of 57 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, CA <br />
