<br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />On August 16, 2005, the City Council awarded the construction contract for the subject <br />project to the lowest responsible bidder, O'Grady Paving, in the amount of $778,985.00. The <br />subject project has since been completed and is ready for acceptance. <br /> <br />The Annual Resurfacing of Various City Streets, CIP No. 045003, for fiscal year 2004/2005 <br />was funded by Gas Tax Revenues, Measure B, and Traffic Congestion AB2928. The <br />2004/2005 Annual Resurfacing was divided into two projects, 045003RF and 045003RS <br />(subject project).
