Accept the improvements for the subject project. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject <br />project. <br /> <br />3. Authorize final payment to O'Grady Paving, Inc. in the amount of <br />$484.20. <br /> <br />4. Authorize payment of retention in the amount of $74,963.38 to <br />O'Grady Paving thirty (30) days after filing the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />5. Authorize the transfer of unexpended funds in the amount of <br />$730,051.11 into Annual Resurfacing 055003. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Construction of the subject project is complete and is ready for <br />acceptance. The objective of this project is to keep City streets in a safe <br />and smooth riding condition by reconstructing the existing street pavement <br />section. <br /> <br />SR 06:081 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
