Plans submitted to the Building Department are assumed to be complete and ready for construction. In some cases, designers submit plans in various stages of completeness and hence a plan correction list ensues. In all cases the initial plan review fee covers the cost for the first plan review and the initial response to the first correction and subsequent plan check. All plan check correction list after the first and all newly revised resubmitted plans are paid for on a time and material basis. Administrative Charge for Plan Change Requests: A charge of $20.00 per lot shall be assessed for administrative costs associated with plan change requests after issuance of building permits.
