Said plan checking fee shall equal 65 % of the building permit fees set forth above. Non-residential buildings require payment of an added plan checking surcharge to assess compliance with State of California Non-residential Energy Standards. The surcharge shall be equal to 25 % of building permit fee on all permits for nonresidential occupancies applied for after April 15, 1992. All plans checked by the City of Pleasanton Building Department, except detached single family dwellings must comply with the State of California Title 24 Disabled Persons Access Law.
