Compensatory time <br /> off which accrues in excess of fifty (50) hours must be <br /> liquidated by monetarY payment. All monetary payments for <br /> overtime must be paid not later than the next biweekly payroll <br /> following the pay period in which the overtime was worked. <br /> Utilization of compensatorY time off shall be by mutual <br /> agreement between the department head and the employee. Upon <br /> termination, the employee shall be paid for his/her unused <br /> compensatorY time. <br /> Once a year, confidential employees may be paid for all <br /> accrued compensatorY time- Said payments shall be made on the <br /> first pay day in December. Written requests for payment must <br /> be made by the employee fifteen (15) days in advance of the <br /> first pay day in December. <br /> <br />5.2 Holiday Pay. Confidential employees required by their <br /> supervisors to work on a holiday shall be eligible for <br /> overtime compensation equal to twice that compensation <br /> established for regular time. <br /> <br />Section 6. Health and Welfare <br /> <br />6.1 Medical Insurance - Active ~mployees. <br /> Management and confidential employees and their eligible <br /> dependents shall be offered enrollment in any one of the <br /> following three health plans:, Blue Cross, Kaiser S-1, or <br /> Foundation Health. The maximum monthly City contribution <br /> toward the premiums of the health plan selected by the <br /> employee shall not exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00). <br /> <br /> 6.2 Medical Insurance - Retirees. <br /> For management and confidential employees who retire for <br /> ~ervice after October 1, 1988, the City shall pay for each <br /> year of service four percent (4%) of the monthly premium for <br /> employee and one dependent of the city's current Kaiser S-1 <br /> Health Plan coverage, except that when a management employee <br /> retires from the city with at least ten years of city of <br /> Pleasanton service, the city's minimum contribution made on <br /> his/her behalf shall be at least 75% of the applicable Kaiser <br /> two party monthly premium.
