Resolution No. 95-38 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: Any rescissions by HUD to CDBG funding for FY 1995/96 subsequent to <br /> this action shall be absorbed to the maximum extent possible through funds <br /> set aside for program administration. <br /> <br />Section 3: Council directs staff, under the authority of the City Manager, to subject <br /> the Final Statement and all other required documentation for the City's <br /> CDBG program for FY 1995/96 to the Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development (HUD) in conformance with HUD procedures and deadlines. <br /> <br />Section 4: Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with <br /> each agency receiving Pleasanton CDBG funding in FY 1995/96 and to take <br /> all other necessary actions to carry out the CDBG program for FY 1995/96. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 4, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Michelotti and Mohr <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy E. ~/dro, Cit~X21erk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
