South of Junipero Street, Sunol Boulevard narrows to two lanes <br /> with no median. <br /> <br /> Santa Rita Road is a north/south mute that is defined as a mute of regional significance <br /> from its intersection with 1-580 in the north, to its intersection with Stanley Boulevard <br /> and Main Street near downtown Pleasanton. Santa Rita Road is a six-lane road with <br />' sidewalks and raised median-~ south of 1-580. At Valley Avenue, Santa Rita Road narrows <br /> to four lanes. A residential frontage mad on the east side of Santa Rita Road exists in the <br /> segment between Valley Avenue and Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Main Street is the continuation of Santa Rita Road and is defined as a mute of regional <br /> significance to Bemal Avenue. MAin Street is a two-lane mad with left-turn lanes at Ray <br /> Street/St. John Street, St. Mary, and Ray Street/Neal Street. Main Street has sidewalks <br /> and parldng along beth sides in the downtown area. <br /> <br />- Hopyard Road is a north/south mute that is defined as a route of regional significance <br /> from its intersection with 1-580 to its intersection with Del Valle Parkway and Division <br /> Street. South of 1-580 to Valley Avenue, Hopyard Road is a six-lane road with wide lanes, <br />--- sidewalks, and a raised median. A right-turn lane exists between intersections at Owens <br /> Drive and Las Positas Boulevard on the east side (northbound direction) of the road. <br /> Between Valley Avenue and Division Street, Hopyard Road transitions from six lanes <br /> with median sidewalks and bike lanes, to a three-lane and then a two-lane road with an <br /> asphalt concrete path on the west side. <br /> <br /> Division Street is a continuation of Hopyard Road and is defined as a route of regional <br /> significance to its intersection with St. Mary Street. Division Street is a two-lane road <br /> with a sidewalk on the west side only. <br /> <br />" St. Mary Street is a continuation of Division Street and is defined as a mute of regional <br /> significance to its intersection with Main Street in downtown Pleasanton. St. Mary Street <br /> is a two-lane road with sidewalks and parking on both sides. SL Mary Street has a center <br />' turn lane between Peters Avenue and Main Street. <br /> <br /> Stoneridge Drive is an east/west route designated as a mute of regional significance from <br /> Foothill Road to east of Santa Rita Road. Stoneridge Drive is planned to connect to Jack <br /> London Boulevard at E1 CharTo Road. Stoneridge Drive varies between four and six lanes <br /> with raised median, sidewalks, and bike lanes from Foothill Road to Santa Rita Road. <br />" East of Santa Rita Road, Stoneridge Drive narrows to a two-lane mad with sidewalks and <br /> bike lanes on the south side of the street. Stoneridge Drive is planned for six lanes for its <br /> entire length. <br /> <br /> Routes of Regional Significance in Dub_/in Area <br /> <br /> - San Ramon Road is the continuation of San R~mon Valley Boulevard into the City of <br /> Dublin.
