Land use along Tassajara <br /> Road is mainly rural. <br /> <br /> Dougherty Road is a north/south route that is defined as a route of regional signi~nce <br /> from Crow Canyon Road to 1-580. From Crew Canyon Road to the Dublin City Limit, <br /> Dougherty Road is a winding two-lane road. From the city limit, Dougherty Road has four <br /> travel lanes. Some sidewall{a exist adjacent to completed housing developments. A bike <br /> path (two-way bike lanes) exists on the east side of the street. South of Sierra Lane, <br /> Dougherty Road becomes a five-lane road with the addition of a center left-turn lane. The <br /> center left turn-lane is replaced by a northbound lane just north of 1-580 (three north- <br /> bound lanes, two southbound lanes). <br /> <br /> Dublin Boulevard is an east/west route that is defined as a route of regional significance <br /> from San Ramon Road to Tassajara Road. Dublin Boulevard is a four-lane road with <br /> sidewalks on both sides and a raised median from San Ram on Road to Dougherty Road <br /> and a two-lane road from Dougherty Road to Tassajara Road. West of 1-680, paring is <br /> permitted along both sides of the road. Land use along Dublin Boulevard is mostly <br /> commercial/retail. <br /> <br /> Routes of Regional Significance in San Ramon Area <br /> <br /> San Ramon Valley Boulevard is a north/south route that is designated as a route of <br /> regional significance from Danville to the Dublin City Limit. San Ramon Valley Boulevard <br /> is a two-lane road at the Danville Town Limits, and widens to a four-lane road with <br /> raised median, bike lanes, and sidewalks. Where land use is more rural, between <br /> Montevideo and Alcosta Boulevard, San Ramon Valley Boulevard is a two-lane road with <br /> bike lanes on both sides. Between Crow Canyon and Norris Canyon, San Barnon Valley <br /> Boulevard is a six-lane road with heavy commercial use. The remaining segments of San <br /> Ramon Valley Boulevard consist of four lanes. <br /> <br /> Alcosta Boulevard is a four-lane, east/west route with a raised median and sidewalks, <br /> defined as a route of regional significance for only a short segment from 1-680 to Village <br /> Parkway. Alcosta Boulevard extends from San Ram on Valley Boulevard to Crow Canyon <br /> Road, and includes a full interchange with 1-680. <br /> <br /> Bollinger Canyon Road is an east/west route defined as a route of regional significance <br /> from San Ramon Valley Boulevard to Alcosta Boulevard. Bollinger Canyon is a four-lane <br /> road with a raised median and sidewalks from Crow Canyon Road to I-C~80 and widens to <br /> six lanes from 1-680 to Alcosta Boulevard.
