Residential Builder - Representative(s) from a residential builder or <br /> developer which has an office located in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 8. Financial Institution - Representative(s) from a bank or savings and loan <br /> company located in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 9. Citizen at Large - Resident(s) from Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 10. Pleasanton Convention and Visitors Bureau A representative <br /> recommended by the Board of the Pleasanton Convention and Visitors <br /> Bureau. <br /> <br /> 11. Educational Community - A member recommended by the Pleasanton <br /> School Board. <br /> <br /> 12. Environmental Community - A representative from a non-profit group <br /> devoted to environmental issues which group has an office or a chapter in <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 13. City Council - A representative from the Pleasanton City Council. <br /> <br /> 14. Small Business - Representative(s) from a small business headquartered in <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Members shall be appointed to the committee in accordance with City Resolution <br /> No. 91-91, A Resolution Establishing Procedures for Appointments to City <br /> Boards and Commissions, except specific groups or organizations as identified by <br /> the Council (i.e., the Chamber of Commerce, the Taubman Company, the <br /> Pleasanton Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the School Board) may choose <br /> their own representatives, subject to confirmation by the City Council. <br /> <br />'~' Section 4: The Committee shall hold regular'meetings as follows: <br /> <br /> A. The Committee shall meet at least annually and no more than quarterly <br /> with time and place and date set by the Committee. <br /> <br /> B.
