c.) The 10 inch holly oak street tree on West Angela Street shall be saved if the <br /> parking lot consolidation with the bank allows the proposed driveway to be relocated <br /> outside of the tree canopy. <br /> <br /> d.) The proposed 36 inch box holly oak tree in parking lot planter on the west side of <br /> the driveway shall be substituted with a crape myrtle tree or other appropriate small <br /> growing tree. <br /> <br /> Said modifications shall be shown on the plans submitted for building permits and shall <br /> be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> <br />10. All trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a <br /> minimum of 5 gallons, unless otherwise shown on the approved landscape plan. <br /> <br />11. Except for the plaza area, six inch vertical concrete curbs shall be installed between all <br /> paved and landscaped areas. <br /> <br />12. The applicants shall provide root control barriers and four inch perforated pipes for <br /> parking lot trees, street trees, and trees in planting areas less than ten feet in width, as <br /> determined necessary by the Planning Director at the time of review of the final <br /> landscape plans. <br /> <br />13. Prior to occupancy, the landscape architect shall certify in writing to the Planning <br /> Director that the landscaping has been installed in accordance with the approved <br /> landscape and irrigation plans with respect to size, number, and species of plants and <br /> overall design concept. <br /> <br />14. The applicants shall contact Bank of America representatives to request if they would <br /> allow the applicants to attractively prune or replace the existing shrubs/trees in the <br /> northeast planter adjacent to the bank's Main Street driveway. If acceptable to the bank, <br /> the applicants shall either prune or replace the shrubs prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />15. Any pruning of street trees shall be conducted by a certified arbofist familiar with the <br /> International Society of Arboficulture pruning guidelines and shall comply with the <br /> guidelines established by the International Society of Arboficulture, Tree Pruning <br /> Guidelines, current edition, to maintain the health of the trees. <br /> <br />16. All outdoor dining furniture in the plaza area shall match in terms of design, colors, and <br /> materials. No plastic furniture shall be allowed in the plaza area. Design details and/or <br /> photographs for the outdoor patio furniture for the plaza shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits for the <br /> building. <br /> <br /> <br />
