_. 32. The developer shall adjust the sprinkler heads to redirec~t the water away from the monu- ment sign while ensuring complete irrigation coverage of the landscaping around the sign. All landscaping around the sign shall be restored after installation of the sign and prior to final of the sign permit. Fire and Police Department Requirements: 33. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 34. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. 35. Approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the ap- proval of the Fire Chief and the Director of Building Inspection. 36. The developer shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface driveways, fire hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be in- smiled and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. _- -37. All circulation driveways on the site, designated as fire apparatus access roads by the Fire Chief, must be maintained in accordance with Section 10.201 of the Uniform Fire Code and be accessible at all times from the start of construction until the project is completed. If required by the Fire Chief, curbs shall be painted red and lettered "Fire Lane -- No Parking" in white lettering according to the standards of the California Vehicle Code. 38. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an alarm sys- tem, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be in- stalled prior to occupancy of the building. Hazardous Materials Use, Storage, and Waste Treatment: 39. The property or business owner shall submit a complete list of all hazardous and combus- tible materials, including solids, liquids and gases, including biologics, to the Fire Chief at least two (2) weeks prior to submitting the building permit plan set. The list shall in- clude all materials with technical and common names, the maximum amounts to be stored, the materials' Fire Code classification for the materials, whether the materials will be stored or used in an open or closed environment, and the Material Safety Dam Sheets for all hazardous materials. 40. A hazardous materials management plan shall be prepared pursuant to the City's Hazard- ous Materials Ordinance and the Uniform Fire Code.
