The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br /> provisions of Chapter 18.124, Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case AP-98-13, thereby conditionally approving the application of <br /> Ricardo Oliveira for a conditional use permit to operate a martial arts studio in an <br /> approximately 2,400 square foot tenant space located at 148 Ray Street, as filed <br /> under Case UP-98-46, and subject to the attached conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 20, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Pe~g~ . zdrf/o~,C'L4~~Cl~ <br />APPROVE~T~O~ <br />Michael H.
