Annually file with the Department of Parks and Community Services a <br /> roster containing the name, address and phone number of all officers <br /> and/or boardmembers. <br /> <br /> 6. Comply with the insurance requirements referred to in I.F. <br /> <br /> 7. Provide sufficient documentation to the City to ensure nonprofit status. <br /> <br /> 8. Provide the Director of Parks and Community Services or designee with <br /> general program information, in addition to special events. <br /> <br /> 9. Require all program participants to file a properly signed document <br /> holding the City of Pleasanton harmless in case of an accident. <br /> <br /> 10. Submit annually and upon request from the Director of Parks and <br /> Community Services an approved budget and a year-end financial <br /> statement. These annual financial reports are to coincide with the <br /> budget year of the sanctioned organization. The financial records of <br /> the sanctioned organization shall be open to the City and to any <br /> participants in the sanctioned activity. <br /> <br /> 11. Group membership must be comprised of at least 75% Pleasanton <br /> residents. <br /> <br /> 12. When utilizing City facilities, litter and trash must be removed from the <br /> site after each use. The City reserves the right to charge groups the cost <br /> of clean up, if necessary, due to noncompliance. <br /> <br /> B. Examples and Description of Sanctioned Groups <br /> <br /> These groups provide an opportunity for instruction and/or participation in <br /> a specific recreation activity open to the public. However, these activities are <br /> more limited in appeal or capacity than cosponsorship programs. (Examples: <br /> Soaring Club, Coin Clubs, Hobby Groups, Championship Youth Sports <br /> Programs.) <br /> <br /> C. Department Responsibilities and Services <br /> The Department may provide for sanctioned groups the following services: <br /> <br /> 1. The City will make recreational and park facilities available for the <br /> organizations without cost or at the lowest cost feasible. <br /> <br /> <br />
