I Paragraph 13. Influent Limits. <br /> <br />2 13.1 LAVWMA and its Member Agencies establish an influent limit of 31.8 mgd <br />3 ADWF for raw wastewater influent to all existing and future wastewater <br />4 treatment facilities providing wastewater treatment for the Service Area <br />~ specified in paragraph 14. The influent limit shall be allocated as follows: <br />6 Livermore 11.1 mgd; Pleasanton 10.3 mgd; and DSRSD 10.4 mgd. The <br />7 influent limit shall remain in effect for all Member Agencies regardless of <br />8 whether a Member Agency participates in the Project. A Member Agency will <br />9 not issue connections if that Agency's influent limit has been reached. Two <br />10 Member Agencies may transfer between them a portion of their influent <br />11 allocation upon mutual agreement. <br /> <br />12 13.2 The influent limit will be in perpetuity unless modified by unanimous <br />13 agreement of the Member Agencies. <br /> <br />14 13.3 The Member Agencies shall develop a uniform system for installing, <br />15 operating and maintaining a system for influent metering at the wastewater <br />16 treatment facilities that is approved unanimously by the LAVWMA Board, <br />17 with metering to be installed no later than completion of the new pipeline. <br /> <br />18 Paragraph 14. Service Area. <br /> <br />19 14.1 Service to Incoroorated Areas. Livermore, Pleasanton and DSRSD may <br />20 provide wastewater service, including collection, conveyance, treatment and <br />21 disposal of raw wastewater, from only those areas which now or in the future <br />22 are incorporated within the city limits of Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin <br />23 respectively. DSRSD may provide such service to the area within the city <br />24 limits of San Ramon that DSRSD serves as of the date of this Agreement and <br />25 any area within the specific plan for Westside San Ramon dated November <br />26 1989 that is subsequently incorporated into the City of San Ramon, and <br />27 Livermore may continue to provide such service to the Ruby Hill sub- <br />28 division in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />29 14.2 Service to Unincorporated Areas. In addition to providing service to the <br />30 incorporated areas described in paragraph 14.1, Member Agencies may also <br />31 provide service as follows: <br /> <br />32 14.2.1 Member Agencies may continue to provide wastewater treatment and <br />33 disposal service to the unincorporated areas which they currently <br />34 serve. <br /> <br />35 14.2.2 Livermore may provide wastewater treatment and disposal service to <br />36 approved uses (i) in the unincorporated Agricultural Enhancement/ <br />37 Rural Management Zone (Zone B) which may be established within <br />38 the planning area for the North Livermore General Plan Amendment <br />39 adopted by the Livermore City Council on October 11, 1993, and (ii) in <br />40 the unincorporated area including the Veteran's Administration <br /> <br /> LAVWMA/JPA/Board6/Clean -7- July 7, 1997 <br /> <br /> <br />
