Commissioner Roberts moved to uphold both the appeal Case PAP-84, and the <br />Zoning Administrator's approval of Case PDR-465, subject to the conditions of <br />approval listed in Exhibit B and the inclusion of the additional conditions listed in <br />Exhibit E of the staff report, with the addition of a condition that the applicant <br />utilize a duller, matte finish~ <br />G'ommissioner Pearce seconded the motion- <br />Commissioner Fox proposed an amendment to the motion to change the expiration <br />date of the five-year approval period from August 2, 2010 to September 28, 2010_ <br />Commissioners Roberts and Pierce accepted the proposed amendment <br />Commissioner Blank commented that this project was an anomaly because the issue had <br />already been decided on by the Zoning Administrator, and there had been no opportunity <br />for him Lo work directly with the applicant.
