Class hours would be from 8.30 a_m_ to 5.30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The College <br />of Automotive Man agemcnt has operated in the Hacienda Lakes Complex since 2004, and no <br />negative feedback has been received by staff Because the school's operation would remain <br />essentially the same, staff did not anticipate any significant traffic or noise impacts upon the <br />adjacent businesses. The classes would be held indoors. With a total of 814 parking spaces, this <br />use does not exceed the parking requirement cif F75 spaces. No negative comments had been <br />received From any existing tenants or surrounding residents; the noticing area was 1 ,000 feet <br />from the site.
