Commissioner Roberts advised that paragraph 7 on page 9 should be changed to read, "G'oirimissioner Roberts indicated that - - - this jireaZ versiorz wus a mujor improvement over the first draft- Commissioner Blank noted that on paragraph 6 of page 9, his intention was to include his commendation of Ms. Stern for an outstanding job in the motion recommending that the Draft Energy Element be forwarded to City Council to make it part of the record- Commissioner Blank advised that the second bullet sentence of the first paragraph on page 16 should be changed to read as follows: "C'ommissioner Blank noted that the freeways can be the designated emergency landing area for helicopters-" Commissioner Blank noted that the sentence of the first paragraph on page 1 9 should be changed to read as follows: "Commissioner Blank state that the evaluation...and that the City of Pleasanton is not empowered to do this, the FAA - -"' ~'^ ---'-~~ ' ~ ~_"~, p£e--aii-ng has established procedures und_federul pre-cxc mption will pre-empt any City policy.
