-- THE CITY OF <br />j~L-~ ~S14NTON® <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Wednesday, August l0, 2005 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />APPROVED <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 1 O, 2005, was called to order at 7c06 p. m. <br />by Chairperson Maas_ She requested the members of Boy Scout Troop 947 to lead the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br />1_ ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present= Doruia Decker, Principal Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney Wes Jost, Development Services <br />Manager and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Philip Blank, Anne Fox, Trish <br />Maas, Alternate Jennifer Pearce, Mary Roberts_ <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2_ APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a_ July 27, 2005. <br />Commissioner Roberts thai~ked Maria Hoey and City staff for their efforts to reconstruct <br />the minutes following an audio equipment failure_ She advised. that the third sentence of <br />paragraph 5 on page 7 should be changed to read as follows: "She indicated that she <br />visited the site...having the chickens walk freely in the backyard to be completely <br />inoffensive as .should the chickens escape iszto the. <br />courtyard, they would not pose a threat to the children as dogs might.
