He requested that "wind" be eliminated and leave "photovoltaic" in by <br />itself in Program 7. 1 1 . <br />Commissioner Roberts concurred. <br />Ms. Stern suggested that both could be replaced with "technology." <br />Acting Chairperson Arkin stated that "photovoltaic" could remain for now_ <br />In response to G'ommissioner Pearce's question regarding "living roof " Ms. Stern replied <br />that it basically is sod that is placed on the roof, which then serves as insulation and. <br />cleans water.
