Commissioner FSlank expressed concern regarding the regulation of noise as it relates to wind power. He requested that "wind" be eliminated and leave "photovoltaic" in by itself in Program 7. 1 1 . Commissioner Roberts concurred. Ms. Stern suggested that both could be replaced with "technology." Acting Chairperson Arkin and Commissioner Blank suggested that cogeneration be retained in Programs 93 and 9.4.
