Chairperson Maas noted that she did not have that information but that staff would <br />provide her with that information. <br />Kevin Close, 871 Sycamore Road, thanked staff and the Planning Commission for not <br />including a Supplemental EIR for the Happy Valley Specific Plan into a general Planning <br />Conunission meeting; he believed it should be: addressed separately. He believed that the <br />Happy Valley Specific Plan was an example of a developer run amuck and that the City <br />should not be able to develop an area o£ land with a current circulation plan, while <br />ignoring that plan. He believed the City did not provide a proper circulation plan to <br />access that prof ect_ He hoped that when the Scoping Session occurs and the General Plan <br />is addressed, it is remembered that the City is the developer of the golf course.
