EXHmIT B CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL PAP-85/PDUP-8, Vilas and Megha Thuse 5276 Genovesio Drive February 7, 2006 General 1. The large family daycare home covered by this approval shall substantially conform the revised narrative, dated "Received November 28, 2005" (for up to 11 children), and the site plan and floor plan, dated "Received, April 6, 2005," marked as Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. 2. All appropriate State licenses for a large family daycare home shall be secured and maintained during the entire time the residence is utilized as a large family daycare home. 3. The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshal relating to large family daycare homes and obtain a final inspection by the Fire Department prior to enrolling additional children 4. No increase in the proposed maximum of eleven children shall occur without prior approval of a conditional use permit. 5. The standard hours of the large family daycare home shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, notwithstanding the inherent circumstances beyond the operator's/patron's control. 6. The applicant's site shall be maintained in a neat and litter-free manner at all times. 7. No signage shall be allowed for the large family daycare home. 8. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, and/or other factors addressed by State law, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to either the Zoning Administrator or the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the hearing body may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts. I
