<br />EXHmIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />PAP-85/PDUP-8, Vilas and Megha Thuse <br />5276 Genovesio Drive <br />February 7, 2006 <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />1. The large family daycare home covered by this approval shall substantially <br />conform the revised narrative, dated "Received November 28, 2005" (for up to 11 <br />children), and the site plan and floor plan, dated "Received, April 6, 2005," <br />marked as Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by <br />the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to <br />the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to <br />the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. All appropriate State licenses for a large family daycare home shall be secured and <br />maintained during the entire time the residence is utilized as a large family <br />daycare home. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshal relating to <br />large family daycare homes and obtain a final inspection by the Fire Department <br />prior to enrolling additional children <br /> <br />4. No increase in the proposed maximum of eleven children shall occur without prior <br />approval of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. The standard hours of the large family daycare home shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. <br />to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, notwithstanding the inherent <br />circumstances beyond the operator's/patron's control. <br /> <br />6. The applicant's site shall be maintained in a neat and litter-free manner at all <br />times. <br /> <br />7. No signage shall be allowed for the large family daycare home. <br /> <br />8. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, <br />and/or other factors addressed by State law, at the discretion of the Planning <br />Director, this matter can be submitted to either the Zoning Administrator or the <br />Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />hearing body may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts. <br /> <br />I <br />
